Management Training

Bespoke Management Training 

All Semantics management training courses are tailor-made each time to meet the needs of the individual, the team or the organization as a whole.

Five simple steps

  1. Needs analysis – Based on your enquiry, we will organise a meeting with the appropriate management training coach to analyse the human need behind the request. We will then make our recommendations based on the current training courses we offer or indeed integrate several subject areas into a new product that mirrors where you are now and reflects where you want to be.
  2. Offer – We will provide you with an offer, based on the training we recommend for you and your team/s. We will then compose the training course/s following implicitly the agreed brief.
  3. Training – The training can be conducted at your site or, for smaller numbers, our site in Central Brussels.
  4. Feedback – Through our ethos of continuous customer care you will receive detailed feedback on each individual’s evolution during the training process and will be offered further recommendations for the future.
  5. Follow-up – Consolidation strategies are also offered as optional with all training courses.
