How the Programme Works
Participants complete a short online Insights Discovery® questionnaire —available in 35 languages — before the workshop, generating a personalised Insights Discovery® profile that highlights communication style, behavioural preferences, strengths and leadership approach.
During the workshop, participants explore how different personality styles influence communication, leadership and teamwork, learning practical strategies to improve workplace communication, collaboration and professional relationships. For teams, a Team Wheel analysis can also be included to provide a visual overview of how individual strengths combine to support team effectiveness and performance.
