Your experienced language coach, Soline, a French native speaker, is certified CAVILAM – Alliance Française. Based on her years of experience, Soline realises how important it is to combine language classes with activities and cultural trips providing students with the opportunity to practice the language in context. 

Your host, Rita, a native of Belgium, will demonstrate methods of relaxation to benefit mind and body. Rita has followed Hatha yoga training, massage, meditation techniques and Ayurveda. Using the principles of yoga, you will gently improve your breathing and relax your muscles, melting away the stresses and strains of everyday life.

Your accommodation is in a traditional cottage offering privacy and comfort. You will savour healthy food, including local produce and vegetables from the garden, all in a landscape of natural beauty, adding to your sense of well-being.
